  • What if I lost my confirmation number?

    No problem! If you provided your email address, you can locate your reservation information by clicking here. If you did not provide your email address in the reservation, please feel free to send us an email with your party information.

  • What happens if my guest count changes?

    Upon booking a birthday party, our 4-child minimum policy will be in effect for all parties. Child minimums vary per  location and are noted in the reservation site prior to booking. Changes to the reservation must be made prior to the day of the party to avoid penalty. Our policy allows for per-child fees to be waived for up to 2 no-shows on the day of your party. Any additional children not in attendance will be subject to per child cost for any changes made on the day of your party.

  • How much does a party cost?

    Package prices are not guaranteed and will vary based on the date and time selected. Package prices are subject to change daily and are only guaranteed after your party has been booked.

  • How do I get my free play points for booking online?

    Once you book your party online, the restaurant will be notified to issue your free play points on the day of the party.

  • I was not offered the time frame I needed. What can I do?

    We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause but the party times are set schedules and cannot be altered. The time(s) option(s) provided are the only times available on the day you selected. The good news is that you are more than welcome to arrive earlier at the day of your party and let the children play before your event starts. However, your table and host/hostess will only be prepared for you at the scheduled time of your reservation. If you need a later time, you could also check the availability of a different location or date.

  • What if I want to stay longer than two hours?

    The fun never stops at Chuck E. Cheese’s and this is why we offer unlimited time at your reserved table if you host your party from Monday-Thursday. But from Friday - Sunday we can only reserve your table for two hours. Your party can always stay and play games anytime after your event, but unfortunately seating is not guaranteed.

  • How do I change the time and/or date of the party?

    We are always available to assist you one click or a phone call away. If you need to make changes to your reservation, you can do so through our website. Please note that date and time changes are subject to availability. And don’t forget: cancel any other previous reservations to avoid extra charges.

  • Is there an age limit on having a party at Chuck E. Cheese’s?

    At Chuck E. Cheese’s we welcome everyone at any age! Age limits for a party package? Never! You will always be more than welcome to include adults for a Party Package.

  • What will the table setup include?

    Along with all the super-cool items listed in the party package you choose, we will decorate your table with our fun Chuck E. Cheese’s cups, pizza plates, and birthday plates. And of course, we will also provide forks, napkins, and utensils so you can focus only on the fun.

  • What is in the goody bags?

    Who doesn’t love goody bags? Our Chuck E. Cheese's goody bags include a variety of cool toys and delicious treats that kids of all ages will love.

  • How do I get invitations?

    No worries, we got you covered! At Chuck E. Cheese's we want to make it easy for you. You can print out paper invitations downloading them from our website or you could send free online invitations powered by Punchbowl.

  • Does Chuck E. Cheese’s sell cakes?

    That's right! At Chuck E. Cheese's we have the perfect birthday cake for you. We offer chocolate or vanilla cakes available in two sizes. The 8" round cake serves approximately 12 guests and the 1/4 sheet-size cake serves approximately 18-20 guests.

  • Does Chuck E. Cheese’s sell ice cream?

    You bet! We love ice cream! We sell cups of Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream that can be pre-ordered during your reservation or purchased through your host. The majority of our locations also offer a variety of ice cream treats through our ice cream vending machine. If you have a flavor preference, you can also bring in your own ice cream too! Just don’t forget to bring in a scoop to help when serving.

  • What items can I bring to a party?

    You can always personalize your party celebrations at Chuck E. Cheese’s! You’re free to bring your own birthday cake, favorite ice cream, and your own table decorations.

  • What items am I not allowed to bring to a party?

    From delicious and fun food to the best in entertainment, we always strive to bring you everything you need to make your party a success. Unfortunately, there are some items that are not allowed to a party in our locations like outside food (other than cake or ice cream) piñatas, cups, or outside entertainment.

  • What if I have more than one child celebrating a birthday?

    More birthday stars, double the fun! Our parties are able to accommodate more than one birthday child in the same birthday party for an extra cost. You will be charged the regular Party Package price plus $4.99 for the additional birthday child to also receive their choice of party theme and the Ticket Blaster experience.

  • Do you have a special party package for younger kids?

    Absolutely! Any kid 1+ can enjoy the fun party packages available at all of our Chuck E. Cheese’s locations.

  • What is a group package?

    The group package is for group events with 10 or more kids (i.e., schools, daycares, churches, youth sports teams, scouts) that want to reserve tables during the week, all day from Monday-Friday.

  • Do you have a special offer for kids who bring in their report cards?

    Oh yes! Our Tokens For Grades Program rewards kids with 10 Free Tokens (with a food purchase) when they bring in their latest report card.

  • Does your pizza contain trans fat?

    No. All of our menu items are trans fat free.

  • Do any of your ingredients contain MSG?

    MSG is not listed as an added ingredient in any of our products.

  • Does your pizza crust contain soy?

    Yes. The Pizza crust contains soybean oil and soy protein concentrate. The same dough is also used in our Cheesy Breadsticks, Cinnamon Sticks, Apple Dessert Pizzas, and Hot Dog Pizza Dough Bun.

  • Do any of your products contain eggs?

    The following products contain eggs: Boneless Buffalo Wings, Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese Pasta Salad, Diced Potato Salad, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Lite Ranch Dressing, Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, Thousand Island Dressing, Royal Caesar Dressing, Mayonnaise, Vanilla Buttercream Cakes, Chocolate Cakes, and Big Bopper Ice Cream Sandwich.

    The following items are produced on machinery that also processes eggs, so they may contain trace amounts of egg: Cinnamon Spread, Shortbread Dessert Topping, and Big Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich.

  • Do your products contain peanuts or tree nuts?

    We do not serve products that have peanuts or tree nuts in them. However, the following items are manufactured in plants that also process nuts in other applications, so cross-contamination could be possible: Cinnamon Spread, Shortbread Topping, Vanilla Buttercream Cakes, Chocolate Cakes, Select Single-Serve Novelty Ice Cream Offerings, Sunflower Seeds, and Wonton Strips.

  • Do any of your ingredients contain milk or milk products?

    The following items contain milk or milk products: Pizza Cheese, Pizza Dough, Boneless Buffalo Wings, Chicken Nuggets, Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Monterey Jack/Colby Cheese Blend, Cheese Crackers, Garlic Butter Croutons, Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese Pasta Salad, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Lite Ranch Dressing, Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, Royal Caesar Dressing, Cinnamon Spread, Shortbread Dessert Topping, Vanilla Buttercream Cakes, Chocolate Cakes, Grated Parmesan Cheese, and Select Single-Serve Novelty Ice Cream Offerings.

  • Do you have any gluten-free offerings?

    Yes, we offer an individual size gluten-free pizza. Our Smart Flour™ crust, sauce, cheese and toppings are gluten-free. Pizza is prepared in a shared kitchen; we cannot guarantee it will be completely free of gluten.

  • Which of your products contain gluten?

    The following items contain gluten: Pizza Dough, Ciabatta Rolls, Garlic Sesame Sticks, Tri-Color Tortilla Strips, Cheese Crackers, Wheat Crackers, Club Crackers, Garlic Butter Croutons, Rice Noodles, Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese Pasta Salad, California Pasta Salad, Cinnamon Stick Dough, Cinnamon Spread, Apple Dessert Pizza Dough, Shortbread Topping, Vanilla Buttercream Cakes, Chocolate Cakes, Cheesy Breadsticks, Buffalo Wings, Boneless Buffalo Wings, Chicken Nuggets, Select Single-Serve Novelty Ice Cream Offerings, Wonton Strips, and Crispy Onions.

  • Does your dough contain animal products?

    It contains Whey (Milk).

  • Does your sauce contain animal products?

    No. Our pizza sauce does not contain animal products.

  • Does your cheese contain animal-derived enzymes?


  • Do you use preservatives on your vegetables?

    No preservatives are used on our fresh vegetables. Our jalapeños are preserved with sodium benzoate and calcium chloride. Our sliced green olives and pepperoncinis contain sodium metabisulfate and/or calcium chloride to preserve flavor.
